Getting started is simple. There are many platforms that you can use in order to secure a station cooking job. These include Facebook pages, LinkedIn, Seek etc. Also looking on specific company websites will enable you to see the job availabilities.

I wanted to showcase this side of the industry that I don’t believe has been very accessible to people outside of the industry itself. I personally did not know what a cattle station was coming from the city so to be able to share my day to day was the goal.

Yes I am! I’m currently working on my debut cook book which I am hoping will be ready for distribution by EARLY 2027 with both e-book and physical copies.
Writing the cook book whilst also working full time has been time consuming but I am doing my best to get all the details finalised.
